Vanchinathan T., a visionary CEO and founder, is driven by a deep passion for design, development, and technology. Starting as the first graduate in his family, his journey began with a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (Anna University, 2005). This was followed by the EDUSAT program, where he honed his skills at industry giants including MindTree, ST Microelectronics, and Intel.

Fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit, Vanchinathan founded FDSS - FLDEC Defence, Space, and Security. This venture stands as a testament to his dedication strengthening India's defence production by bringing design, development, and manufacturing of electronic and mechanical products under one roof.

Under Vanchinathan's leadership, FLDEC has become a trusted indigenous solution provider for the Ministry of Defence, delivering over 6000+ unique product solutions. He has not only built a successful company but also groomed individuals and brought cutting-edge technologies from across the globe to India.

Vanchinathan's story is one of ambition, dedication, and a commitment to innovation. He is an embodiment of India's potential for self-reliance and a true leader shaping the nation's future through technological prowess.

As COO & Director at FDSS Pvt Ltd, Sudharshan brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. His journey began with an Electronics Engineering degree, followed by a deep dive into the VLSI domain at ST Microelectronics. A pivotal moment came when he met a visionary leader, sparking a shared dream that propelled him towards his remarkable career at FDSS.

Sudharshan's strength lies in identifying market opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and mastering the complexities of global inventories. He has played a pivotal role in securing access to critical components for end-of-life products across demanding defence, space, and security domains.

His sharp lead generation skills and impactful communication have been instrumental in FDSS's growth. He is a driving force, constantly seeking new frontiers and propelling the company forward.

Kharthik, serving as the Director and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at FDSS Pvt Ltd, brings extensive expertise honed during his tenure at Wipro Technologies, where he contributed significantly to baseband program development and wireless IP integration.

With a relentless drive for innovation, Kharthik co-founded FDSS Pvt Ltd and has since been pivotal in guiding young engineers, his profound knowledge in VLSI and board design has been instrumental in the successful delivery of engineering products and services for over a decade.

Kharthik's leadership has been particularly impactful in navigating complex challenges inherent in aerospace and defence product development, offering clients tailored solutions that align with their unique needs. With a commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements, Kharthik continues to steer FDSS Pvt Ltd towards new heights of innovation and excellence, ensuring the company remains a leader in providing cutting-edge engineering solutions.
