Solid State Digital Video Recorder (SSDVR) is designed for high data storage of video and audio. This recorder will receive the video data from the day/night camera through a video processing card and audio data.
The function of SSDVR is to use SSD (Solid State Drive) to record and play the HMOSP (Helicopter Multi-mission Optronic Stabilized Payload) video in the cockpit unit.
FPGA based SSDVR can be operated by Multi-function display located in cockpit to record video and sound, read video and sound, play, stop, rewind, forward, pause, event marker and back to last mark (in STOP mode or in PLAY mode). The Front-end Electronics LRU is designed to process and store various sensor parameters from the SONAR. The signal will be processed using Zynq Ultrascale+MPSoC.
The Multichannel Front-end Electronics for SONAR consists of four cards namely power supply card, either two signal conditioning card or two pre-amplifier card and one controller card.Mission Control Unit is designed to acquire various sensor signals located in the Torpedo. The acquired signals will be processed by the Artix-7 FPGA and the TMS320 processor.
Mission Control Unit (MCU) is a microcontroller and FPGA based real time interface module that consists of, 1. CPU card 2. Power Distribution Card 3. Mother BoardTransmission Controller LRU is designed to measure and store the various sensor parameters located in transmission controller and combat vehicle.
The signal will be processed using Zynq SoC.The 32-bit Multi core processor based transmission controller is designed to be Modular Card based system for easy maintenance. The transmission controller shall work on vehicle voltage of 24V Direct Current (DC). The transmission controller processes the inputs from various analog and digital sensors integrated in transmission and engine. The sensor signals shall be conditioned, Opto isolated and level translated by I/O card of the transmission controller.
The Array Calibration Unit will operate between X-band to Ku-Band. This LRU is developed for measuring the gain and phase difference of the signal, and also used to calibrate the radar antenna.
The ACU will sample Low-IF signal and performs digital down conversion to create Baseband I/Q data. The Array Calibration Unit receives signals from array antennas with frequencies ranging from 10.95 GHz to 14.5 GHz and amplitudes ranging from -40 to -85dBm. This system includes a Transmitter Unit and a Receiver Unit, both includes a built-in PLL Source. The LRU will transmit and receive the signal in W-Band.
These LRUs are designed to measure the density of the plasma particle.
The W-Band Trans-Receiver Subsystem consists of Transmitter Unit and Receiver Unit which operates at 75GHz to 110GHz frequency with 230VAC power supply. The system designed with waveguide and assembled in 19”rack with WR-10 output ports. The VRCMS is developed for monitoring gamma radioactive contamination of vehicles transiting in and out from a facility as well to detect the illicit movement of radiation source or special nuclear materials on or inside the vehicle. There are two self-contained, weather resistant gamma radiation detector pillars placed on either side of the roadway to be monitored.
The occupancy sensor installed on fixed pillar will detect the presence of vehicle at the range of 2 meters. The system’s fixed pillar is provided with battery, power supply, display and a system controller. The system is equipped with camera on both side of the fixed pillar for capturing image of vehicle in case of contamination.Personal Radiation Dosimeter for Aerospace Applications (PERDAA) is designed to measure the nuclear radiation present inside the crew module placed in GAGANYAN (radiation level from 100µR/h to 1000R/h)
User in the field is then able to get information on radiation dose, dose rate, date, time, and alarms data by using RS-422 interface. PERDAA module can be connected to GSE (Ground Support Equipment) using RS-422 interface for retrieval of stored information and observation.
